I reached out via their website to get a bid for a new roof and within 24 hours I was contacted by Austin, one of their salesmen. He scheduled a time to come out later in the week, but before our scheduled appointment it started raining and a drip drip began falling from my ceiling. I called the office, Austin adjusted his schedule, came right out, and within a few hours the leak had been covered up. Austin was super responsive, knowledgeable, friendly, professional, patient, honest, and low/no pressure. I was confused by the differences among all the bids I had received, and he offered to review them with me, which I appreciated. I learned they weren’t apples to apples and I was able to make an informed decision based on multiple factors, not strictly off the cost, which is typically a person’s first instinct. The crew arrived early each day, they were friendly, professional, cleaned up each day like they were never coming back, and other than a few footsteps above me, I hardly knew they were there. Within 2 weeks, I was admiring my beautiful new roof. It looks AMAZING and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. The whole process was quick, easy, and painless. Once we settled on the style that would work best for us and look great, their team took care of everything efficiently, kept in communication throughout the entire process and worked with our schedule to ensure the timing was perfect!
